Every sport you love, read as one signal.
From a Pilates class to a long ride to a Saturday climb, Hytive turns the training and recovery you already track into one clear read on your body, with guidance on when to push and when to ease off.
In final beta on iOS. Download and paid access are not yet live.
One honest read across everything you do.
Built for everything you do, from the mat to the mountain.
How it works
Plan it, sync it, read it, and know what's next.
Your body carries every sport at once. Hytive brings planning, synced activity, recovery estimates and cross-sport guidance into one loop, while manual logging remains available when needed.
Plan the week
Lay out sessions across supported sports in one place, and preview how each one changes the modelled load before you commit to it.
Sync, don't log
With permission, supported workout and recovery data imports from Apple Health. You can add other sessions manually.
Read one signal
Your estimated training load and readiness, brought together across supported sports into a single signal, with fatigue broken down by body system.
Know what's next
Cross-sport suggestions tell you what to train, what to spare, and when to ease off, each with a reason you can actually read.
Your one signal
Two questions, answered as one clear number.
How much have you taken on lately, and how ready are you for more? Hytive estimates both across supported sports and shows the factors behind the result.
Your recent training measured against your longer-term norm. It waits until there's enough history to be trustworthy, then tells you plainly whether you're building, holding, or pushing too hard.
One 0-to-100 estimate, weighted toward heart-rate variability and balanced with sleep and resting heart rate against your own baseline.
Per-system recovery
Eight systems, not one tired body.
A reformer session and a climb can both load pulling muscles. A run and a ride both load your legs in different ways. Hytive estimates fatigue across eight body systems using documented recovery parameters, so you can inspect what the model treats as fresh or in need of recovery.
Cross-sport guidance
It doesn't just score you. It tells you what to do.
Did a reformer class yesterday and a run today? Your pulling muscles are tired while your legs are still fresh. Hytive reads that across sports and ranks what's worth doing next, naming the systems each option uses and the ones it spares.
Zone-2 ride
Leans on your fresh aerobic system with almost no impact, and spares the grip and pull you taxed climbing.
Technique swim
Light, controlled volume that keeps you moving without piling onto an already busy week.
Pilates or an easy walk
Readiness is low this morning, so a gentle day will give back more than a hard one would cost.
Illustrative examples. Suggestions identify the modelled systems they use and spare.
Made for iPhone
Native craft, down to the last detail.
Hytive is built in SwiftUI on Apple's own materials, not a web page in a wrapper. It records live, talks to your sensors, and keeps your data where it belongs.
Built native, not wrapped
Written in SwiftUI for iOS 26, on Apple's own materials and motion. The real Liquid Glass, not a web view in a shell.
Record live
Track a session with a live GPS route, and connect Bluetooth heart-rate, power and cadence sensors right from the app.
Apple Health, both ways
With your permission, reads supported workouts, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, and writes sessions you choose to save back to Apple Health.
Raw health data, and it stays here
Necessary summaries, access controlled
Privacy by design
Your body's data stays yours.
The thinking happens on your device. Hytive was built to keep as little health data off your phone as possible. That's a promise wired into how it works, not a setting you have to find.
Raw health data stays on your device
The training model runs on your phone. Only the small derived values needed for your signal sync to access-controlled servers in the EU.
No ads, no trackers, nothing sold
Hytive carries no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics. Your health data is never used for marketing and never shared for anyone else's purposes.
Yours to take or erase
Export your available Hytive data or start account deletion inside the app. The flow reports any external cleanup it cannot confirm.
The science
Sports science you can actually check.
The training model is deterministic and documented. It combines published sports-science inputs, clearly identified expert estimates and your own baselines.
One signal, not silos
A rowing set and a climb both ask a lot of your pulling chain; your body feels them as one accumulated load. Hytive adds training up by body system, across sports, the way you actually feel it.
Deterministic and explainable
Same inputs, same output. Recommendations identify the inputs and documented model rules that shaped them, so you can inspect the reasoning.
Grounded, then personal
The model combines published physiology with documented expert estimates and your own baselines. The same session can therefore produce different estimates for two people.

Straight talk
Honest about what it is, and what it isn't.
The fastest way to lose someone who trains seriously is to over-promise. So here's where the edges are, in plain language.
Estimates, not a medical device
Hytive shows training estimates, not diagnoses. The load balance reflects how your recent training compares to your own norm. It is not a validated injury predictor, and nothing here is medical advice.
iPhone first
Hytive is a native iOS app today. A native Android build is a separate, later project, never a watered-down port.
Apple Health and Bluetooth today
Automatic sync runs through Apple Health, plus Bluetooth sensors while you record. Direct syncs from other wearable accounts are on the roadmap, not in the app yet.
AI is the next layer, not the foundation
The intelligence that ships today is fully deterministic and explainable. An AI coaching layer is planned strictly on top of it, there to assist the engine, never to replace it.
Pricing
The core first. AI later.
Lite is the planned launch plan for the complete deterministic core. Full will not be offered until its additional AI coaching features are ready.

Good questions
The honest answers.
What does “one signal” actually mean?
Two estimates, brought together across supported sports: a load balance (how your recent training compares to your longer-term norm) and a 0 to 100 readiness score from your HRV, sleep and resting heart rate. You can also inspect the estimated fatigue by body system.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. With your permission, Hytive reads supported data types from Apple Health, whether they came from an Apple Watch, a compatible source or the iPhone. You can also add a session manually.
Does my health data leave my phone?
Raw Apple Health data and precise route series stay on your device. Necessary workout summaries and derived values sync to access-controlled servers in the EU. The app provides export and account-deletion controls and reports external cleanup it cannot confirm.
Is this injury prevention or medical advice?
No. Hytive gives training estimates to help you balance effort and recovery. The load ratio is a guide to how your training compares to your norm, not a validated injury predictor, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Which sports does it cover?
It is built for training across many sports, from Pilates and yoga to running, lifting and climbing. Catalogued sports use a modelled demand profile across eight body systems; an uncatalogued activity uses a balanced full-body fallback estimate.
Is there AI in it?
The core is deliberately not AI. It's deterministic and explainable, so every suggestion has a reason you can check. An AI coaching layer is planned on top of that engine, and will only ever assist it, never override it.
How much will it cost?
Exact localized prices, billing periods, trial eligibility and renewal terms will appear in the App Store before you subscribe. There is no checkout on this website, and Full will not be sold until its additional AI features are ready.
